9. FRAME CONSTRUCTION- Due to the various structured designs of our products, we use a combination of selected kiln-dried hardwood components in combination with 7-ply plywood engineered frames. All stress joints are double-doweled, glued and screwed.

10. SEATING SYSTEM- Sinuous Wire: A sinuous wire spring is used throughout. These springs are fully tempered to provide maximum resilience, more body support, and greater seating comfort for the life of the product. Wire Permalator: A wire grid is inserted and stapled to frame, covered by a layer of foam and denim. This provides support and seating comfort for the life of the product.

11. CUSHION CONSTRUCTION- Comfort Plus high resilience, high performance foam cushion cores for extra support, durability, and constant comfort. Cushion is removable and reversible. Seat Back Description- Polyester Fiber Fill back cushion. Cushion is removable and reversible.

12. WARRANTY- This Limited Warranty applies to all Braxton Culler case goods, upholstered, and outdoor furniture products that have been purchased from a Braxton Culler authorized dealer. All products are warranted to the original purchaser and warranty rights must be pursued by the authorized dealer were originally purchased. Braxton Culler retains the right to repair a product, replace a product, or offer a discounted rate for the original purchaser to keep a product “as-is”. Braxton Culler retains the right to decide whether repair, replacement, or discount is appropriate on a case by case basis. Braxton Culler’s financial responsibility per product will not exceed the original purchase price of that item. This warranty is the sole warranty provided by Braxton Culler. This warranty is in lieu of all other oral, written, express, or implied warranties.

Wood, Wicker & Rattan Seating (including exposed wood feet and bases): These frames carry a two (2) year warranty.

Fully Upholstered: The frame, upholstered in original fabric carries a lifetime warranty.

Casegoods (Bedroom, Dining, Occasional, etc.) These pieces carry a one (1) year warranty.

Outdoor: These frames carry a three (3) year warranty.

Cushions: • Fiber back cushions carry a one (1) year warranty.

• Comfort Plus/Alfresco seat cushions carry a three (3) year warranty.

• Comfort Spring seat cushions carry a five (5) year warranty.

• Spring Down seat cushions carry a three (3) year warranty.

• Blendown seat cushions carry a three (3) year warranty.

• Synthetic Blendown seat cushions carry a three (3) year warranty.

• Comfort Blend seat cushions carry a three (3) year warranty.

Sleeper Mechanisms & Mattresses:

• Standard Sleeper Mechanisms and Classic Square carry a three (3) year warranty.

• Standard 5” innerspring mattresses carry two (2) year warranty.

• Air Dream Mattresses carry a three (3) year warranty.

• Memory Foam Mattresses carry a (3) year warranty.

Swivel & Glider Mechanisms: These mechanisms carry a (3) year warranty.

Fabrics: Upholstery fabrics carry a one (1) year warranty which does not cover pilling or improper cleaning. For approved commercial grade construction and fabrics, please contact customer service.

5. CUSHION OPTIONS-• The Comfort Plus cushion is standard in selected styles only. A minimum 1.8 density, high resilience, high performance polyurethane foam provides this cushion with extra support, durability and constant comfort.• The Comfort Blend cushion is available in selected styles only. It is a 2.0 density, high-resilience foam core with a 1” wrap of ultracell foam.• The Comfort Spring cushion is available in selected styles only. This handcrafted cushion features individually wrapped coil springs laminated top and bottom to a high-performance polyurethane foam and then wrapped in a .25-ounce polyester fiber. Seating comfort is superb.

   • The Blendown cushion is available in selected styles only. This cushion is a foam core wrapped in a feather blend encased in a down proof jacket.

   • The Synthetic Blend cushion is available in select styles only. It is1.8 density foam core wrapped in a micro denier siliconized fiber strand that offers maximum loft and resilience. It replicates natural down in feel, structure, and appearance. The fiber wrapped core is encased in a down proof ticking.

   • The Springdown cushion is available in select styles only. This handcrafted cushion features individually wrapped coil springs laminated top and bottom to a 2.3 high resilience grade density foam. The spring core is wrapped in a feather blend encased in a down proof jacket.

   • The Alfresco Plus cushion is standard in outdoor styles only. It is 1.8 density, high resilience, high performance polyurethane foam provides this cushion with extra support, durability and constant comfort. The foam core is antimicrobial to resist molds and mildew.
